The courses are offered through Pima Community College, Tucson, Arizona (phouston@pima.edu). Pima College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.

Course work is individualized and accelerated. Independent study is available, and you can maximize the usefulness of the classwork to your classroom and teaching needs.

Intensity of immersion is variable. Your course work can start on any day of the week.

If you already know Spanish, your independent study can be for increasing your Spanish or can cover cultural and historical aspects of Mexican and Latin culture.
